He entered the industry in 2004 as Deputy General Manager of the International Fairs Department at TUYAP Fairs Inc. In 2007, he founded EFEFAIRS Ltd. with representations of ITE Group PLC Eurasia and MVK CIS countries. From 2012 onward, he organized B2B fairs across Russia, the UK, India, South Korea, Morocco, South Africa, Kenya and Dubai, launching the internationally attended I'm Design Event series featuring global names such as Karim Rashid, Pasquale J. Natuzzi and Claudio Bellini. In 2015 he founded Consumex Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. in India; after two years of market research, IIFF (India International Furniture Fair) launched in 2017 as the region's first and only B2B furniture fair concept and has now completed its 7th edition. In 2019 he established OMG Exhibition LLC in the UAE; Hive Furniture Show launched in 2021 and is preparing for its 6th edition, while Core HealthExpo medical fair was organized for the MENA region. In 2022 he founded Brandlyte LLC in Miami, launching the first B2B furniture fair concept in the USA; preparations for the 3rd edition continue. In 2024 he launched Tenoya Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti., opening a new chapter in fintech, AI and health tourism exhibitions.
